The money earned at Homecoming is used by the Chamber to support a wide variety of community projects that will improve the quality of life in Strongsville. To name just a few, Homecoming proceeds have been used to help construct Pat Catan Stadium at Strongsville High School, the annual Fireworks Extravaganza sponsored by the City of Strongsville, the residential hospice for Southwest General Health Center, and many other smaller, but equally important, projects.
The annual Homecoming Festival kicks off each year with the Homecoming Parade on the Wednesday evening of the festival. The parade route runs along Pearl Road between Progress Drive and Westwood Drive. Chamber Members can participate in the parade free of charge as a benefit of membership. Non Members pay a $250 participation fee. Parade Applications may be submitted beginning 90 days prior to the date of the parade. Click HERE to access the Parade Application, or call the Chamber office at 440.238.3366 for more information.
Homecoming is only possible with the help of more than 250 community volunteers who donate time to make the event successful. To volunteer to help with Homecoming, please click
